Upon completion of the assessment tasks, the student's results will be scored and interpreted by our Certified Vocational Professionals and Employment Specialists.
The detailed analysis will be presented in a written report which will be reviewed at the feedback session.
The report will include an overview of the following items:
- A summary of the student's general cognitive ability. The test is used to determine the level at which an individual learns, understands instructions and solves problems.
It provides quantitative insight into how easily an individual can be trained, and how well he or she can adjust and solve problems on the job.
The results on the cognitive assessment, can suggest the level of training in which the student would be most successful, as well as the types of training programs which the student might feel the most comfortable in.
- The results on the personality assessment are beneficial in suggesting career options that people with similar traits have found to be a good match.
- The results of the aptitude testing provide a summary of the student's scoring in each aptitude.
From this information, examples of occupational fields in which the student's strongest aptitudes could be advantageous, can be determined.
- The combined information, from the intake interview and the assessment results, will be analyzed to identify potential careers in which the student should achieve success.
